The ULA ULTRA Packrat daypack has been re-imagined with urban living in mind because as much as we wish we were always conquering a trail, the truth is, reality calls. Versatile enough to carry a laptop yet comfortable enough to go on a post-work sunset hike, we've designed a pack that can handle it all. Whether you're stuck at a 9 to 5, in school, headed overseas, or dirtbag-ing, the Packrat is the ideal companion.

Why the "Packrat?" A packrat is daring and loves to explore and collect things. This Packrat is no different. The main compartment is large and open, built to carry the variety of items you need from day to day. The internal laptop sleeve holds up to a 15" laptop against your back for added support and rigidity. An interior zipper pocket is great for keys and anything else you need to keep organized. The external wrap-around UltraStretch™ front pocket is the perfect place to stow things you want quick access to, while the two external side pockets hold anything from a large 64 oz Nalgene to a 3-course meal on the go.

Signature s-strap shoulder straps and a sternum strap provide all-day comfort. Need more support? We've tucked 1" low-profile fixed attachment loops behind the lower bottom shoulder strap anchor points to allow for the attachment of our removable

Made of 15x stronger than steel ULTRA fabric and UltraStretch™ mesh, with a 2" x 3" Velcro/removable ULA logo patch, the ULTRA Packrat was designed to be tough enough for the trail yet sleek enough for a business meeting.

ULTRA™ represents a new paradigm in weight and durability. Constructed with an optimal blend of UHMWPE (Ultra-high-molecular-weight polyethylene) and high-tenacity polyester, this tight weave is laminated with an eco-friendly adhesive to Challenge RUV™ film. The result is an incredibly strong, ultralight, and waterproof to 200 PSI textile. ULTRA™ is the ultimate ultralight fabric, with the strength to go the distance in the most demanding environments.

ULTRA 200X is constructed with a 200d face Ultra-PE blended with high-tenacity polyester, an Ultra-PE CrossPly, and a 0.75 mil film backing.
